Karen Venni

Karen joined the team in June 2018. She spent a significant part of her career as a Regional Manager for the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, looking after over 5000 members in the accounting profession and seven offices across the North Island. Karen also worked closely with Ngā Kaitatau Māori o Aotearoa – National Maori Accountants Network of New Zealand. This has provided her with a great understanding of the accounting profession and Maori Business.

Karen brings a diverse range of business management skills to VO2 Accounting. These skills include: human resources, marketing and branding, systems and processes, personal efficiency and business planning, and is available to support our clients in these areas to grow their business and achieve their goals.

When not working in the practice Karen helps with operations and finance for a small family-run vineyard.
